The team were very professional. The procedure was explained with great clarity and I was given the opportunity to ask questions. Mrs Selvaraj was very patient and kind during my appointment. She explained everything that would happen and have me opportunities to ask questions. She also offered advice and comforted me when I was upset. She gave me lots of reassurance and also information to take home to review.
